Jupiter Medical Center’s Ella Milbank Foshay Cancer Center in Palm Beach County, Fla. faced strong competition from a number of competitors located in the neighboring Miami metro area. Known for offering patients state-of-the-art technology, the Center was excited to acquire the first and only CyberKnife® M6™ radiosurgery system in Florida. The marketing team asked Knight Marketing to help promote this non-surgical, pain-free treatment option for patients who have inoperable or surgically complex tumors, or who may be looking for an alternative to surgery.
The Knight team developed print ads, online ads and landing pages, and then launched a paid search campaign, segmented by service line, which is currently yielding strong results. In a little over three months since the campaign rolled out, the Center has received over 70 phone calls in response to the print ad, 25 calls in response to the paid search campaign, and multiple opt-ins from landing page visitors requesting to be contacted by a member of the Foshay Cancer Care team.
